Job Description

This position is located at Ebbing ANG Base, AR and will support F-35 security operations. Due to the dynamic environment, the incumbent may be required support either first, second or third shift operations to include weekends as required. Some travel may be required. Due to local mission requirements, a Top-Secret clearance may be required in the future.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day site security operations including but not limited to:
- Conduct initial and annual security training for assigned personnel, annual self-inspections/reviews, and staff assistance visits.
- Identify, report, and document security incidents in accordance with DoDM 5205.07
- Provide overall SAP security administration and support as outlined in the DoDM 5205.07 series regulations.
- Enforce all USAF, local security procedures, practices, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD 705
- Perform random entry/exit searches, changes combinations and generate SF 700s.
- Performs classified material management.
- Control access to secure facilities, handle and storage of classified documents and electronic media.
- Assist instructors, students and visitors using facilities.
- Operate badging and access control systems.
- Monitor security camera systems.
- Assist in self-inspections and prepare for customer inspections.
- Perform and document vault alarm tests.
- Assist in security inquiries.
- Assist in providing training and scheduling of vault hours and coverage in specified squadrons or Fighter Training Center (FTC).
- Other duties as needed by site and security leadership.

US citizenship required as most programs and projects assigned are ITAR restricted.

Basic Qualifications

Current security clearance investigation within 5 years from the investigation close date.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) Access.
Familiar with working in classified environments and/or classified materials.
Outstanding written and verbal communicative skills
Understanding of DoDM 5205.07

Desired skills

1. Prior experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO).
2. Knowledge of Joint Strike Fighter security requirements.
3. Experience working in a military environment.
4. Prior experience generating and maintaining Fixed Facility Checklists in support of special access programs in accordance with DoDM 5205.07 Vol 3, and ICD-705.
5. Works well independently and in group settings.
6. Excellent written, verbal and customer interface skills.
7. Ability to multi-task and remain organized; Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
8. Working knowledge of ICD 705 standards.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
