Security Cooperation Engagement and Communications Manager
The Opportunity:

As a Security Cooperation Engagement and Communications Manager, you will support a U.S. Navy Foreign Military Sales (FMS) organization by providing executive-level communications, project management, and stakeholder engagement support. You will help advance high visibility priorities, maintain an effective organizational battle rhythm, and ensure high quality engagements with internal and external partners. In this customer-facing role, you will leverage your stellar organization and communication skills to prepare key deliverables and tactfully manage complex customer interactions across the FMS enterprise.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive customer engagement calendar to ensure alignment with priorities and leadership readiness for critical engagements.
  • Develop high quality deliverables, including leadership briefs, talking points, meeting materials, and strategic communications products.
  • Track, organize, and manage leadership priorities, action items, and cross-functional tasks to keep the office aligned, on schedule, and operating effectively.
  • Support the planning and execution of Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and other engagements with internal and external stakeholders across the FMS community.
  • Coordinate professionally and diplomatically with senior military, civilian, and international customers to advance mission objectives.
  • Operate independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment while maintaining situational awareness across multiple parallel efforts.


You Have:
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, including preparing executive ready materials and managing complex priorities
  • Experience developing briefings and talking points
  • Experience with project management, including managing multiple concurrent tasks
  • Ability to navigate senior leader dynamics and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to synthesize complex information quickly to create clear, compelling deliverables
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight to meet key deadlines
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
