Full Job Description

The Security Administration Analyst position requires a strong ability to mentor, understand organizational placement of roles and responsibilities, a desire to learn, intellectual curiosity and an ability to identify and drive opportunities to enhance BBH’s security posture and existing processes.


This position is a lead position overseeing a small team of three administrators administering user systems and data entitlements across multiple platforms and applications, ensuring that access requests are processed with high quality and accuracy. The team is responsible for supporting access and provisioning requests with established Service Level Agreements.

Key responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to:

People Management

  • Leads, mentors, and supports team members to deliver outcomes aligned with the team, Department and Division goals
  • Provides ongoing coaching and development for the future
  • Fosters a collaborative, high performing team culture grounded in mutual support, shared accountability, and collective success
  • Ensures team members adhere to security policies and procedures, promoting accurate, real-time processing and a strong risk mindset

Operational Management

  • Collaborates closely with their Poland counterpart to ensure a seamless consistent product execution and offering across the global organization
  • Partnering with the Identity Access Manager to drive the execution of the IAM business plan, supporting Access Provisioning, Lifecycle Management processes and Client Engagement initiatives
  • Partners and engages with stakeholders globally both within defined organization and more broadly within the Division
  • Balances strategic objectives with daily operations and driving continuous improvement
  • Analyze and understand volume drivers, remediate root cause drivers
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Security Administration

  • Understand the "why" behind the asks; educate administrators and users on key security risks and need for least privileged provisioning
  • Participate in and lead new user onboarding (full time employees and consultants)
  • Perform first-level ISM user system access requests with a 95% completion rate within 48 hours
  • Administer user systems and data entitlements across multiple platforms and applications
  • Ensure system access requests are processed with high quality and accuracy
  • Participate in special projects as assigned
  • Identify and drive opportunities to enhance BBH's security/posture/process improvements

End User Support

  • Coordinate with local Security Coordinators and Application Data Owners to ensure access to BBH Systems and applications are provisioned and verified according to current security standards and requirements
  • Provide support to Information Security team queues (New Hires, Movers and Leavers requests, General User Access Provisioning and Deprovisioning, etc.)
  • Resolve access-related issues reported via incidents
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned, such as updating the Knowledge Base and training new team members

Qualificationsinclude:

  • Bachelor’s degree in systems or related discipline or specialized training required
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong data analytics skills preferred
  • A strong interest in technology and Information Security, Access/Identity Management
  • Knowledge of security administration technology and tools such as Active Directory, ServiceNow, RBAC, and Least Privilege Access principles
  • Experience with ServiceNow, SailPoint, or relevant access provisioning/identity access management or client support work experience
  • Ability to think analytically and solve problems
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, while meeting deadlines
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry a plus
  • Experience with the BBH business and its practices, a plus
  • ITIL certification is a plus
  • Cybersecurity-related certification is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Experience in related fields (Identity & Access Control, Information Security, Operational Excellence) is a plus

Salary Range

$95,000 to $125,000 base salary + annual target bonus
