Zantech is looking for a talented
Task Order Project Manager to contribute to the success of our upcoming Operations and Sustainment Support Services project for a Hybrid role based out of Battle Creek, MI.
The
Task Order Project Manager will play a crucial role in providing:
- Task Order Project Management Support Services
- Program/Project Management Support
- Coordination with Government Contracting Officer (KO), COR, Task Order Managers
- Project planning, scheduling, reporting, and deliverables management
- Monthly Progress Reports (MPR)
- Transition planning
- Staffing plan management
The
Task Order Project Manager provides The Task Order Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all contract management. This role is responsible for overall program management, ensuring technical solutions and schedules are implemented timely, coordinating with government stakeholders, and managing all aspects of project execution including staffing, reporting, and deliverables. The PM must provide diligent, responsive performance reporting and coordinate with the Program Manager and government representatives to ensure successful contract performance.
Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:- Acts as manager and overall contract point of contact
- Directs project-specific staff and reviews work products for completeness and adherence to requirements
- Coordinates with Contracting Officer (KO), COR, and Program Manager on all contractual and technical matters
- Develops and maintains Project Management Plan (PMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)
- Prepares monthly status reports and tracks deliverables
- Verifies level of effort and deliverables for each task
- Provides communication to management on project plans, status reports, and deliverables
- Develops overall project milestones and monitors execution against planned timelines
- Manages on/offboarding of contractors, reporting, training, and timely submission of deliverables
- Coordinates invoices and reporting with COR to ensure approval prior to invoicing
- Supports management of software and hardware changes initiated by PMO
- Ensures contractor employees meet DoD 8570/8140 certification requirements
- Maintains Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) tracking and reporting
Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:- 5 years of progressive experience
- Project management and leadership in IT/consulting fields
- Program planning, scheduling, and cost management
- Stakeholder coordination and communication
- Risk management and issue resolution
- Government contracting environment experience
- Knowledge of CAGE systems (CAGE Workbench, CAGE Public, BRS)
- Deliverables management and quality assurance
- Resource management and team coordination
- Performance metrics tracking and reporting
Required Education/Certifications:- Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in relevant field OR Four (4) additional years of related experience in lieu of degree
- Education Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (REQUIRED) OR Other equivalent nationally recognized project management certification
- All certifications must be current and maintained throughout the period of performance
- Certifications Preferred:
- Additional project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications)
- ITIL certification
Required Security Clearance:- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
