Full Job Description
Overview

This position has primary responsibilities for SEC reporting and technical accounting activities, including the maintenance and effective utilization of Workiva and OneStream, our reporting and consolidation software systems. The position also requires significant technical accounting analysis and support for many day-to-day corporate accounting activities. This position will provide exposure across the finance organization and overall business. Additionally, the role will provide opportunities for development and promotion to lead the SEC reporting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

· Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports (Form 10-Q and 10-K)

· Responsible for SEC compliance and maintaining up to date knowledge regarding SEC comment letter trends and new disclosure requirements

· Coordinate with internal and external auditors throughout the reporting process

· Manage quarterly and annual filing documents within Workiva, including the maintenance of XBRL and filing credentials, and maintenance of supporting documentation and records.

· Prepare technical accounting research and write technical accounting memos for new guidance or ad-hoc changes in the business

· Assist in various day-to-day accounting and month-end close activities, including review of journal entries and account reconciliations

· Coordinate with Treasury, Tax, Legal and other teams regarding SEC disclosures

· Key person in working with other departments on any issues that come up

· Drive SOX compliance in our corporate accounting and external reporting functions

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting

· 4- 6 years’ experience in accounting or financial reporting

· CPA Preferred

· SEC Reporting experience (Public Accounting and/or Industry)

· Forward thinker with desire and drive to improve processes

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
