One of our Bioscience clients is seeking a SEC Reporting Manager to own the preparation and filing of all external financial reports in compliance with SEC regulations and U.S. GAAP. This role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial disclosures as a publicly traded life sciences company. This is a direct hire opportunity. Salary range: $125-140K

Key Responsibilities - Lead preparation and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other disclosures)
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC rules, and internal controls
- Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
- Prepare and review financial statement footnotes and MD&A sections
- Maintain disclosure checklists and reporting calendars
- Support earnings release and investor reporting materials
- Partner with accounting, FP&A, and legal teams on technical accounting matters
- Monitor new accounting pronouncements and regulatory updates
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of SEC reporting or public accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience in a publicly traded company or Big 4 audit environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
