Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
  • Prepare and review financial statement footnotes and MD&A sections
  • Maintain disclosure checklists and reporting calendars
  • Support earnings release and investor reporting materials
  • Partner with accounting, FP&A, and legal teams on technical accounting matters
  • Monitor new accounting pronouncements and regulatory updates

Full Job Description
One of our Bioscience clients is seeking a SEC Reporting Manager to own the preparation and filing of all external financial reports in compliance with SEC regulations and U.S. GAAP. This role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial disclosures as a publicly traded life sciences company.
This is a direct hire opportunity. Salary range: $125-140K
