Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong Project Management and Business Analysis skills to lead Agile teams and ensure successful delivery of projects within the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Scrum methodologies, Jira, project planning, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, user stories, and SQL, along with a strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical business processes, SDLC, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Drive Agile practices and ensure teams follow Scrum principles and established best practices.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and scope changes.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and other project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable tasks.
• Maintain and manage product and project backlogs using Jira.
• Track sprint progress, team velocity, project status, delivery metrics, and Agile performance indicators.
• Identify and remove impediments and blockers that may impact team productivity or project delivery.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business teams and provide regular project status updates.
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL when required.
• Support process improvement initiatives and promote continuous improvement across Agile teams.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and changes to scope.
• Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with healthcare and pharmaceutical stakeholders to understand domain-specific processes, data, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Strong experience working as a Scrum Master and Project Manager in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Agile project tracking tools.
• Experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, business and functional documentation, and user story creation.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying, validation, and analysis.
• Previous experience working within the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical domain.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile software development processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical applications, clinical systems, healthcare data, or regulated environments.
• Experience working with Agile delivery metrics, reporting, and team performance measurement.
• Knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical compliance and data privacy requirements.

Certifications (if any)
• Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
