We are actively seeking Scrum Master candidates with a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience. Must have an TS/SCI with Poly clearance to be considered.Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint/iteration planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage engineering projects, sprint releases, timelines, requirements, and team execution.
- Guide estimation, planning, prioritization, and delivery to ensure projects remain on track.
- Identify and remove impediments, resolve conflicts and roadblocks, and facilitate effective team collaboration.
- Communicate project status, accomplishments, risks, and performance to leadership, stakeholders, and customers.
- Partner with Product Owners and team leads to manage priorities, scope, and evolving business requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using retrospectives, post-mortems, and root-cause analysis to improve quality, productivity, and delivery velocity.
- Maintain project data and metrics in tools such as JIRA to support planning, execution, and reporting.
- Implement and reinforce Agile principles, processes, and best practices across the team.
- Deliver high-level project readouts and weekly status reports to senior leadership.
Required Education, Experience & Skills- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years leading Agile sprints.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe certification.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proven ability to coach teams in Agile/Scrum implementation and iterative, incremental development.
- Strong knowledge of Agile metrics, including backlog tracking, burndown, velocity, tasks, and user stories, to improve sprint planning and delivery.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience delivering project readouts to executive-level audiences.
