Job DescriptionAs a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving Agile delivery excellence for cross-functional teams. This role ensures alignment to Agile principles while enabling teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and regulatory expectations, particularly within financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, promoting Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement
- Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Remove impediments and proactively manage risks to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives
- Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
- Support and coordinate production releases, ensuring readiness, quality, and minimal disruption
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, business, and compliance teams in a regulated environment
- Drive transparency through reporting, metrics, and Agile tooling (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.)
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning within the team
- Ensure adherence to enterprise governance, risk, and compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery teams
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology expertise and practical application
- Experience supporting production releases in enterprise environments
- Familiarity working within the financial services industry or other highly regulated environments
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-have Qualifications- Exposure to or experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives or technologies
- Experience supporting mobile application development teams
- Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.) is a plus

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $75,000.00 - $137,500.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
