Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in an enterprise Agile environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning.
• Strong proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience tracking Agile metrics, including velocity, burndown, sprint predictability, and impediment resolution.
• Ability to coach cross-functional teams toward self-management and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting Product Owners with backlog readiness, prioritization, and refinement.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Experience working with Data teams.
• Ability to coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile teams and participate in Scrum of Scrums.
Optional Preferred Skills
• SAFe Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience supporting regulated financial-services or insurance programs.
• Familiarity with Data governance.
• Experience working with multiple teams in an Agile Release Train.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Coach and guide Agile teams in Scrum, SAFe, and Agile delivery practices.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, PI planning activities, and cross-team coordination sessions.
• Help teams achieve sprint and PI objectives through effective planning, execution, and dependency management.
• Support Product Owners in maintaining a prioritized, refined, and delivery-ready product backlog.
• Track team progress and provide accurate visibility into delivery status, risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Monitor Agile performance metrics, including velocity, burndown, predictability, and sprint completion.
• Identify and remove delivery roadblocks in collaboration with business, technology, and support teams.
• Ensure appropriate use of JIRA and compliance with agreed Agile processes.
• Coach teams to improve collaboration, accountability, self-management, and delivery maturity.
• Facilitate resolution of conflicts and delivery issues within and across teams.
• Drive retrospectives and ensure continuous-improvement actions are identified, owned, and completed.
• Represent the team in Scrum of Scrums, release planning, and broader coordination forums.
• Support Data, MLOps, and service teams in managing complex technical dependencies and operational priorities.
• Contribute reusable practices, lessons learned, and delivery insights through the Agile Community of Practice.
• Promote transparency, focus, resilience, and a continuous-improvement mindset across the team.

Salary Range: $120,000-$130,000 a year
