About the Role:Soccer Shots - Knoxville is looking for a dynamic and driven Scrum Master to join our growing team in Knoxville, TN! In this role, you'll champion agile practices, empower cross-functional teams, and help deliver meaningful results in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities:- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure team velocity and productivity
- Track and communicate sprint progress, team metrics, and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and stakeholder communication
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional setting
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
- Ability to build trust and motivate teams toward shared goals
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $85,500.00 - $125,500.00 per year
