# Job Title: Scrum Master**Experience:** 5-8 Years **Location:** Onsite **Employment Type:** Full-Time## Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master with 5-8 years of experience in Agile project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching Scrum teams, removing impediments, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality products. The candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.## Key Responsibilities* Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions. * Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices. * Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined and prioritized product backlogs. * Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and team collaboration. * Monitor sprint progress, velocity, and Agile metrics, providing visibility to stakeholders. * Support release planning and coordinate dependencies across teams. * Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and organizational governance standards. * Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, product management, and development teams. * Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution. * Promote self-organizing and high-performing teams.## Required Skills & Qualifications* 5-8 years of overall experience with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master. * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, Kanban, and Lean principles. * Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for distributed and cross-functional teams. * Proven experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution. * Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills. * Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms. * Ability to analyze Agile metrics and drive process improvements. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.## Preferred Qualifications* Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification. * Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile environments. * Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD practices, and cloud-based projects is preferred. * Experience coordinating with global teams and multiple stakeholders.## Key Competencies* Agile Coaching * Stakeholder Management * Team Facilitation * Risk & Dependency Management * Conflict Resolution * Continuous Improvement * Communication & Collaboration * Servant Leadership## Education* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
