Full Job Description
The Technology Department is looking for a Scrum Master for the Agile Portfolio Office Team. In this hybrid-remote position, we are seeking an experienced and servant-minded Scrum Master to guide and coach one or more agile teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about agile practices, facilitating team collaboration, and removing impediments to help teams deliver high-quality software in a sustainable and predictable manner.

To be a successful candidate, this role requires technical acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to align teams around a shared vision.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional agile teams
  • Facilitate Scrum Events (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
  • Support the Product Manager in maintaining a well-groomed backlog
  • Coach teams in Agile values, principles, and practices to improve team performance
  • Identify and remove team impediments or escalate them as needed
  • Track and communicate key metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and team health
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
  • Champion Agile best practices across the organization


Required Qualifications:
  • Cerfified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certification
  • 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and practices

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
