Scrum Master, Mid
The Opportunity:
As a scrum master, you're passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that's modernizing, securing, and creating efficiency. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need a scrum master like you to create solutions that'll positively impact the Navy.

On our team, you'll apply your functional knowledge to coach a development team to focus on sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully progressed. You'll apply basic scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. Using tools like Azure DevOps or PowerBI you'll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully delivered to meet key outcomes and customer expectations.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience with software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management
  • Experience with projects using an Agile methodology, including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile Metrics
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Scrum Master Certification


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience working with On Prem or Cloud Infrastructure technical teams
  • Experience working in ServiceNow or JIRA
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework
  • Knowledge of Amazon, Microsoft Azure, Google or Oracle Cloud hosting

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
