Fujitsu Canada is seeking a full-time, permanent Scrum Master to join our dynamic team delivering enterprise-scale Knowledge Management (KM) modernization projects. This role emphasizes Agile/Scrum leadership, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Location: National Capital Region. (Ottawa/Gatineau).


  • Workstyle: Hybrid - Must be prepared work onsite in Gatineau at least three days per week, with additional days a week as needed.


  • Fulltime - Consultants will become fulltime/regular employees of Fujitsu North America's Consulting Team


  • Security Clearance: Candidates must currently hold or have ability to qualify for a Government of Canada Security Clearance at the Reliability level.

Fujitsu salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $98,800 to $123,500 CAD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
