Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience as a functional lead across multiple Agile Teams.
• Strong background translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Own and maintain product backlogs, ensuring requirements are actionable and prioritized.
• Lead requirements gathering, change management, and support continuous delivery.
• Engage in daily operational activities to enhance overall project success and identify process improvements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for validating functionality against user needs.
• Contribute to monthly contractual deliverables as necessary.
• Coordinate with various roles on the data team to aid in solution design and project execution.
