• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies : Daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Remove blockers : Identify and eliminate obstacles preventing team progress
• Shield the team : Protect from external interruptions and scope changes mid-sprint
• Coach stakeholders : Guide product owners and teams on Agile principles
• Track metrics : Monitor velocity, burndown charts, and team health indicators

Technical Understanding
• Software development lifecycle knowledge
• Basic understanding of development tools and practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts
