Job Overview:As a Scrum Master/Business Operations Lead, you will guide cross-functional teams through the Agile Scrum process, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and meet business objectives. Your responsibilities will include facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, as well as removing obstacles that may impede team progress. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, prioritize backlogs, and track deliverables, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business needs. Leveraging your expertise, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team. In this role, you will benefit from hands-on experience with the Databricks Platform, utilizing its capabilities to streamline workflows and support data-driven decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles within the team
- Serve as the primary Scrum Master, removing impediments and fostering a collaborative team environment
- Oversee business operations processes to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on the Databricks Platform Track and report on project progress, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies
- Support the team in leveraging Databricks Platform capabilities for business objectives
- Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
Must Have:- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies will be essential as you implement best practices and optimize team performance
- Exposure to project management tools, workflow automation, and data analytics platforms will further enhance your effectiveness
- Previous experience leading Agile teams, managing business operations, and driving process improvements will help you excel and deliver impactful results in this dynamic environment
