Job Description
You run the agile delivery of the Stockpile's new cloud inventory system: the cadence, the backlog discipline and the removal of whatever is in the team's way, inside a customer governance that expects evidence. Full time, W-2, based in Fairfax, Virginia with some telework, starting October 2026.
What you will do- Facilitate the development cadence: planning, daily coordination, reviews and retrospectives; keep the backlog groomed with the business analyst and product owner.
- Track velocity, burndown and release readiness; make impediments visible and remove them.
- Align agile delivery with the customer's Enterprise Performance Life Cycle gates, change control and validation requirements.
- Coach the team in agile practice; keep ceremonies useful and short.
- Report delivery status to the Program Manager and the customer.
What you need- 4 or more years as a Scrum Master or agile delivery lead on enterprise software teams, with a Scrum or SAFe certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM).
- Experience delivering inside formal governance (federal life cycle, validated systems or similar).
- Backlog and release tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects).
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain an HHS Tier 2 public trust determination.

- Hybrid: based at SPN's office in Fairfax, Virginia, with some telework; occasional days at the customer's Atlanta, Georgia campus when the work requires it
- Core hours 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday, with flexible start between 6:00 and 9:00 a.m. Eastern; federal holidays off
- You must be a U.S. citizen and obtain and keep an HHS Tier 2 (moderate risk) public trust determination; no security clearance is required
- You complete HHS security, privacy and records management training before access, and cGMP training shortly after you start
- Work is done on customer-furnished or SPN-furnished equipment under HHS security rules
