Scrum Master to support a high-impact public sector initiative. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in Agile environments and enjoys coaching teams to deliver real value to end users.
Roles and Responsibilities- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile delivery teams
- Reinforce Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Remove blockers and support collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Help teams maintain focus, engagement, and alignment with business goals
- Support the Product Owner with scope clarity and team communication
Qualifications and Skills- 5+ years of Scrum Master or Agile coaching experience
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Proven experience facilitating teams and resolving impediments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) preferred
