SCM Senior Supervisor
You can look forward to these exciting tasks- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Material Handling team, ensuring that all operations are executed safely and efficiently.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and promote professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and resolve any operational issues.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance organizational efficiency.
This is what you bring to us:- Proven experience in supply chain management or material handling operations (At least 5 years)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity for strategic thinking
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and data analysis tools
