Full Job Description
Change Management Lead - Supply Chain is responsible for independently developing and leading enterprise-scale change strategies that enable the successful adoption of supply chain initiatives, systems, processes, and operating model transformations. This role leads large, cross-functional teams and programs, translating complex supply chain strategies into actionable and sustainable change outcomes.

The position serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, partnering across functions to drive alignment, mitigate adoption risks, and ensure workforce readiness. Leveraging deep supply chain knowledge and structured change management methodologies, the Change Management Lead ensures transformation initiatives deliver measurable business value and long-term performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Leadership
  • Independently designs and leads comprehensive change management strategies for large, complex supply chain programs from planning through execution.
  • Applies advanced supply chain expertise and change management principles to address organizational, process, and technology change.
  • Leads enterprise and cross-divisional change initiatives impacting multiple functions and stakeholder groups.

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
  • Acts as a trusted change advisor to senior leaders and executives on high-impact supply chain transformation initiatives.
  • Partners with key stakeholders to identify change impacts, risks, and adoption barriers while developing mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitates executive decision-making by translating change insights into clear, data-driven recommendations.

Program & Team Leadership
  • Leads and mentors large, cross-functional and cross-divisional teams to deliver change outcomes aligned with supply chain business objectives.
  • Owns change execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall supply chain strategy and long-term organizational goals.
  • Provides coaching and guidance to project teams to strengthen change capability and execution excellence.
  • Partners with project and program managers, functional leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent change methodologies, governance, and execution practices across initiatives.

Adoption, Communication & Enablement
  • Designs and oversees communication, engagement, and training strategies to drive awareness, readiness, and sustained adoption.
  • Conducts organizational readiness assessments and adoption diagnostics to identify risks, gaps, and stakeholder needs.
  • Develops targeted engagement, communication, and enablement strategies based on readiness and adoption insights.
  • Works with stakeholders to define process capability requirements and ensure seamless implementation experiences.
  • Ensures change approaches support high adoption rates, improved user experience, and measurable business results.

Analytics, Frameworks & Continuous Improvement
  • Interprets benchmarking, statistical, and qualitative data to inform change strategies and support business decisions.
  • Develops and refines change management frameworks, tools, templates, and intellectual capital to enhance supply chain transformation delivery.
  • Contributes innovative ideas, best practices, and thought leadership to enterprise-level supply chain initiatives and programs.

Impact & Scope
  • Impacts large supply chain functions and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Leads significant cross-functional and cross-divisional teams and programs.
  • Influences strategic supply chain outcomes, operational performance, transformation success, and risk mitigation.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or Graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Organizational Change, or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, transformation, or large-scale change leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise change initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience applying structured change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent frameworks to drive adoption and sustainment.


What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $100,000 - $131,250 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employees in this role are also eligible for abonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan.
