Full Job Description
Empower students to communicate with confidence and achieve their fullest potential! Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to serve elementary-aged students and collaborate with educators and families to foster communication, academic growth, and student success in Tempe, AZ

Position Overview:
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations, interpret assessment results, and develop individualized recommendations to support student success.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and participation in educational settings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, compliance records, and service-related reports in accordance with state and district requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Arizona Dept. of Health Speech-Language Pathology License and Standard Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate
  • Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • School-based experience conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and providing speech-language therapy services (Preferred)
