Ready to help students find their voice and thrive in the classroom? Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists and welcoming Clinical Fellows (CFs) to provide assessment, intervention, and collaborative special education services for the [redacted] school year in the Elkton, MD area.

Position Overview:
  • Conduct speech-language screenings, assessments, therapy, and documentation for students ages 3-21 in accordance with IEPs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized student goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and district requirements.
  • Provide services across assigned school sites, supporting students in a variety of educational settings.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility to begin a Clinical Fellowship in Maryland
  • School-based experience with evaluations, IEPs, and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and ability to complete required background screening
