Ready to help students find their voice and achieve academic success? Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to support K-12 students through assessment, intervention, and collaborative special education services for the [redacted] school year in the Elkton, MD area.

Position Overview:
  • Provide speech-language therapy services and targeted interventions to support students' communication, language, and educational goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized recommendations, and support the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Maintain accurate documentation, monitor student progress, and ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal requirements.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success and create supportive learning environments.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting with knowledge of evaluations, IEP processes, and multidisciplinary team collaboration
