Elkton, MD area.Position Overview: - Provide speech-language therapy services and targeted interventions to support students' communication, language, and educational goals.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized recommendations, and support the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation, monitor student progress, and ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal requirements.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success and create supportive learning environments.
Qualifications: - Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Previous experience in a school-based setting with knowledge of evaluations, IEP processes, and multidisciplinary team collaboration
