Job Description and Responsibilities

This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role as a School Psychologist serving a school located in Frankfort, IN.

The School Psychologist will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating and eligibility processes, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents), supporting students according to their IEP. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.

Job Details

  • Full Time 37.5 hours/week
  • Full time or part time opportunities available
  • Full-time assignment for the (August through May/June)
  • Serving a PreK-12 student population
  • Responsibilities include student evaluations, eligibility determination, diagnostic assessments, consultation, and related student services
  • Guaranteed paid hours covering direct services, documentation, planning, and administrative responsibilities
  • Fully on-site, school-based position
  • Reasonable and well-supported caseloads
  • Collaborative support from both the partnering school district and the TheraPeds Partners team
  • Competitive hourly compensation of $65-$85+ (approximately $1,625-$2,125+ per week)

Physical Requirements

Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
