Job Title:School Nurse
Pay Range:$45-55/hour
Job Description:Position Details:- Schedule: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE
- Setting: School Health Room
- Start Date: ASAP for the 2026-2027 School Year
What You'll Do- Triage and manage student injuries, illnesses, and chronic conditions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans
- Provide first aid and respond to student health concerns throughout the school day
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance
- Communicate with families regarding student health needs and updates
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, administrators, and special education teams
- Participate in IEP and 504 meetings as appropriate
- Respond to emergencies and follow school safety protocols
- Monitor immunization compliance and support health screenings
- Promote student health, safety, and wellness throughout the school
What We're Looking For- Active Colorado State RN license
- School Nursing CDE credential or ability to obtain
- Ability to pass fingerprinting and background check
- Experience in pediatrics, school nursing, or public health preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
- Passion for supporting students and their health needs
