Full Job Description
Make a meaningful impact this school year by bridging the gap and keeping progress in motion! Cross Country Education is looking for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team and provide vital support to students throughout the upcoming school year in sunny Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Position Overview:
  • Deliver speech-language services to students across K-12 grade levels and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Evaluate, treat, and monitor communication disorders while supporting progress toward IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver individualized services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and professional standards.

Qualifications:
  • FL- ASHA Certified SLP
  • FLDOE- Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a teacher certificate in Speech Language Impaired
  • Will Consider CFs ONLY if WE Provide Supervision
  • School-based experience (Preferred)

  • Top Compensation: Earn $52.00 - $53.89 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Speech Language Pathologist, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
