Full Job Description
We're looking for talented and passionate Full-Time School-Based Therapists to join our growing team! This position is based in Harford County Public Schools and will be split between Edgewood High School and Deerfield Elementary School.

Position Summary:

Brighter,Stronger Foundation is looking for mental health therapists to provide quality, individualized treatment to our growing clientele .

What you'll do:
  • Provide quality clinical assessment and treatment, interventions and care based on established best practices and medical necessity guidelines
  • Complete diagnostic assessments and develop measurable treatment plans to meet needs and goals of clients
  • Complete diagnostic assessment tools that support and correspond with client's clinical presentation
  • Complete client notes capturing each client session
  • Complete clinical documentation in compliance with payor standards
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date client records and communications in HIPAA compliant EHR
  • Provide culturally sensitive, client-centered care
  • Work collaboratively with members of BSF's team
  • Provide community referral sources as required throughout care and at discharge
  • When relevant, coordinate care with prescriber, PCP, or other collaterals
  • Maintain a confidential and professional looking virtual office space
  • Remain in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain good standing with all licensing boards
  • Complete all required continuing education requirements for licensure and specializations

What You Need to Be Successful:

Education & Experience:
  • LGPC/LCPC, LGFT/LCMFT, LMSW/LCSW-C/LCSW
  • Active Maryland license

  • Spanish speaking preferred

Salary Description

$60-$75.00 per hour
