Full Job Description
Position Overview
  • Conduct and support functional behavior assessments and functional analyses to identify student needs and develop effective behavioral interventions.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans and ABA-based programs for K-12 students with diverse behavioral and developmental needs.
  • Collaborate with school psychologists, educators, behavior technicians, families, and other support team members to promote positive student outcomes and support students in the least restrictive environment whenever appropriate.
  • Provide training, guidance, and supervision to Behavior Technicians and other assigned staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral strategies and interventions.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Valid Texas Behavior Analyst License (LBA)
  • Active National Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
  • 3+ years of experience working with school-aged children with moderate to severe disabilities, autism, related disorders, or developmental delays
  • Experience conducting FBAs, developing behavior plans, and implementing ABA-based interventions
