Position Overview:
  • Conduct student and classroom observations to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized intervention strategies.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote positive student outcomes.
  • Provide consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, support staff, and educational teams on evidence-based behavior management practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students' behavioral, social-emotional, and educational success.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments, developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams
  • School-based experience or experience supporting K-12 students preferred
