Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6-10 years of project scheduling experience, including baseline schedule development and progress analysis.
• Solid understanding of construction practices and sequences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Expertise in Primavera scheduling software is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customer interaction experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.
• Preferred experience in project planning and using various scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate project schedules in collaboration with the project team.
• Update and communicate project schedules following company procedures.
• Assess project changes for potential impacts on the schedule.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and recommend corrective actions.
• Generate monthly schedule reports for project and management use.
• Provide support and guidance to users of scheduling software.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines during all work activities.
