Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in project scheduling, including baseline development and progress analysis.
• Knowledge of general construction practices and sequencing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Expertise in Primavera scheduling software is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with customer-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.
• Preferred: Project planning experience and familiarity with various scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement accurate project schedules using industry best practices.
• Update and communicate project schedules regularly, suggesting necessary actions when issues arise.
• Review project changes for schedule impacts and aid in preparing necessary contract change notices.
• Ensure project schedules comply with company procedures and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and deliver monthly schedule reports for project and management oversight.
• Provide support and guidance to team members on schedule software.
