Job DescriptionAs a Scheduler, you will support and complete the full cycle of field coordination actions with team members, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Responsibilities:Perform routine planning and scheduling assignments that require the selection and application of basic
scheduling principles and techniques with oversight.
- Assist in drafting schedules using common CPM scheduling programs with oversight
- Support supervision through the monitoring and updating of project schedules
- Assist site management to formulate mitigation plans to correct scheduling problems
- Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
- All other duties as assigned
Additional Information:- It is likely and anticipated for Mortenson team members to participate on traveling project assignments throughout their careers. Depending upon the operating group, frequent mobility may be required

- Have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field by summer 2027
- Are willing to be mobile / relocate frequently, for project assignments, based on needs of the business
- Possess a current driver's license and have access to reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:- Have previous related internship experience
- Have a basic understanding of construction and generally accepted business practices
- Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills and show initiative and leadership
- Showcase a positive and professional attitude and exemplary customer service skills
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and can effectively handle multiple competing priorities
The base compensation range for this role is $78,800 - $98,500. This position is eligible for a potential annual bonus. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skill and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
