Overview
Tecolote Research is seeking a Schedule Analyst to join our Special Programs team. The position is full-time and onsite near Los Angeles Air Force Base in El Segundo, CA. It requires a Top-Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility.
Responsibilities
- As a Schedule Analyst, you will be supporting the U.S. Space Force in developing, integrating, and performing schedule analysis across a portfolio of critical programs.
- The analysis you present will highlight the realities and interdependencies of program and project performance, enabling senior leadership to make critical strategic decisions.
Skills Required
- Required:
- Top-Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI eligibility
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience performing integrated schedule analysis
- Familiarity with industry standard schedule analysis tools (Microsoft Project, Proteus, etc.)
- B.S degree, preferably in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) field
- Must be able to work full-time onsite in a classified environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Preferred:
- Experience supporting DoD Program Offices
- Experience working in a classified environment
- Familiarity with FAR/DFAR and GAO/DoD Scheduling Assessment Guides
- Project Management Professional (PMP)/Project Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) Certification
- International Cost Estimating and Analysis (ICEAA) Certification
- Advanced Degree (MBA, etc.)
- Salary Range: $95,000 - $130,000 DOE
Education
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
