Infosys is seeking a
SCCM System Administrator with deep expertise in Microsoft SCCM/MECM, application packaging, task sequencing, OS deployment, and PowerShell scripting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing endpoint management solutions, ensuring efficient software delivery, patching, and automation across enterprise environments. Required Qualifications: - Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Wichita KS or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- This role may involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). T he eligible candidates must be US Citizens only
- Knowledge in application packaging, SCCM, Windows 10 updates, MEM configuration & task sequence is good to have.
- Create and manage OS images using MDT and SCCM.
- Manage user devices in SCCM/Intune environments.
- Design, implement, and manage SCCM infrastructure for software distribution, OS deployments, and patch management.
- Ensure effective integration of Intune with SCCM for endpoint co-management.
- Optimize SCCM infrastructure for performance and scalability.
- Implement Windows Autopilot for modern device management.
- Monitor system performance and health.
- Solid understanding of Windows OS internals, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Generate reports on deployment success and system health.
- Analyze data to recommend infrastructure enhancements Establish and maintain detailed documentation of SCCM configurations and processes.
- Provide support for complex end-user computing solutions.
- Develop and deploy scripts for automation and configuration tasks.
Preferred Qualifications: - PowerShell scripting skills for automation and reporting
- Knowledge of security best practices for endpoint management.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs
