Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in team coordination within the energy systems domain.
• Expertise in integrating HV components and power electronics into vehicle platforms.
• Strong program management skills with a focus on deliverable completion.
• Proficiency in maintaining technical specification documents and harness diagrams.
• Familiarity with VW Group systems and prior experience on VW Group programs is preferred.
• Comfortable working with ambiguous and evolving project requirements.
• German language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration of various Energy Systems subsystems into a vehicle platform.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts and rapid studies within the Energy Systems organization.
• Identify and resolve gaps in interface definitions among teams.
• Ensure project deliverables are achieved by closing gaps as needed.
• Integrate all HV components into the HV Bus Architecture, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Maintain and update HV and supporting LV bus specification documents.
• Facilitate weekly Energy Systems meetings and manage the agenda.
