Wage/Salary Range: 93k

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Basic Government Computer Connectivity troubleshooting
• Have network troubleshooting skills and knowledge of networks
• Have technical documentation skills
• Have communication and interpersonal

• Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 4 years I IT customer support

Additional Qualifying Factors
