Full Job Description
SAR/RF Compliance Test Engineer to support RF regulatory testing for wireless devices. This role focuses on hands-on testing, data collection, and ensuring compliance with global standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform RF exposure testing, including SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) and Power Density (PD for 5G mmWave), on wireless ITE devices
  • Conduct additional RF regulatory and compliance testing
  • Record and document test data, and collaborate with Compliance Engineers
  • Apply SAR and RF regulatory knowledge to support product compliance

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Basic understanding of wireless communication and RF principles gained through coursework or work experience
  • Experience in a laboratory environment (academic or professional)
  • Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, power meters, signal generators, oscilloscopes)
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow technical skills


Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of RF measurement techniques
  • Exposure to cellular, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth technologies
  • Experience with RF/SAR systems (DASY5/6/8, cSAR, CMW500, Keysight UXM, Qualcomm/Intel FTM)
  • Familiarity with RF exposure standards and compliance

Pay Range
