Corteva Agriscience is looking for an innovative, energetic, and transformational SAP TWS - IT Infrastructure Specialist.

The SAP TWS - IT Infrastructure Specialist would ideally have experience as a TWS or Redwood & BASIS lead Administrator. Ideally, they will have worked on orchestrating, planning and implementation of TWs and/or Redwood for SAP S/4 HANA either on-Prem or Rise with end-to-end involvement from beginning to the end of the project. We are open to minimal experience in this space.

The ideal candidate for this role would have solid experience to strategize the entire end to end TWs and/or Redwood implementation including planning, architecting, guiding, and collaborating with all business stake holders. Someone who would have experience or familiarity with SAP Workload Automation Tool Administrator to oversee and optimize the workload automation using tools like TWS and Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ) operations across enterprise SAP landscapes. This role involves designing job scheduling strategies, ensuring operational excellence, and driving automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong SAP technical background and a proactive approach to system optimization.

Primary Responsibilities - How will you help us Grow!
  • Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of TWS and Redwood RMJ for SAP systems.
  • Design, implement, and maintain complex job schedules, workflows, and automation strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for TWS/Redwood-related escalations, performance improvements, and audits.
  • Collaborate with SAP Basis, Application, and Infrastructure teams to streamline operations.
  • Mentor and guide junior TWS/Redwood administrators and provide training as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency.


Education & Experience What you'll bring to the table!
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS is desired. Master's degree would be ideal.
  • 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with TWS/Redwood RunMyJobs or similar enterprise scheduling tools.
  • Strong understanding of SAP technical landscapes (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

The salary range for this position is $91,000.00 to $130,000.00.
This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
