In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and defining user/customer requirements while focusing on developing user interfaces (UI) across various platforms including mobile, web, and tablets. You will engage in coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver development services that align with business requirements.

Your key responsibilitiesAs a Manager in Application Design and Development, you will lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects, ensuring a strong focus on quality and risk management. This role presents exciting challenges and opportunities for growth, allowing you to apply your expertise in guiding others and recommending quality solutions. You will engage regularly with external clients, actively participating in working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Travel may be required as needed by external clients.

  • Experience delivering S/4HANA transformations across greenfield, brownfield, and selective data transition (SDT) approaches, including advising clients on appropriate deployment strategies.
  • Proven experience leveraging SAP BTP services (e.g., SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite) to support clean core principles across development, integration, and data domains.
  • Deep expertise in migrating ECC workloads to S/4HANA, including brownfield and SDT migrations, code remediation, and enabling value through process and technology modernization.
  • Proficiency in SAP RISE operating model and integrated toolchain, including LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, and Signavio, to drive enterprise architecture decisions.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Joule and its application in helping clients adopt AI-driven efficiencies across SAP landscapes.
  • Ability to manage cross border teams and work with vendors and other ecosystem partners on complex transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SAP clean core development frameworks and best practices.
  • Knowledgeable in system development, lifecycle and technology integration.


To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A bachelor's degree (4-year degree).
  • Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and their application in modern SAP landscapes.
  • Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
  • Project experience applying SAP Active methodology across implementation or transformation programs.
  • Exposure to leveraging AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP joule and emerging Agentic AI use cases.
  • A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.


Ideally, you'll also have
  • Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • SAP certification(s).

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
