Job Description & Summary
As an SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Manager, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that'll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn't limited to:

  • Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs
  • Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management, Succession & Career Development Planning and Learning management modules based on business requirements
  • Assist in developing functional specification for developments
  • Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience
  • Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users

  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors SuccessFactors Performance Management, Succession & Career Development Planning and Learning management configuration experience
  • Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project
  • Experience with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations)
  • Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors SuccessFactors Performance Management, Succession & Career Development Planning and Learning management projects
  • Ability to interpret business requirements, problems and provide clear recommendations. Experience leading client workshops, and creating documentation and training materials

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
