Job Description

The role is responsible to oversee strategy development, source to pay (STP) functional integration coordination, functional dependency management, and source to pay relationship management between I-ERP and Synergy. The role will oversee the requirement management, prioritization, functional build and delivery of common STP SAP objects, technical design coordination, senior relationship management, and strategy implementation aligned with the I-ERP STP priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate IT requirements, support the integration requirements between Synergy and I-ERP (Source to Pay (S2P) and Plan to Report).
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact to maintain an ongoing functional Supply Chain relationship across both program leadership teams.
  • Support enterprise experiments and pilots that have impact to I-ERP Source to Pay design
  • Manage Supply Chain Global customer needs in respect to Synergy.
  • Drive IT Innovation and seamless functional integration across programs
  • Coordinate technology assessments and relevant technology introductions in the Source to Pay (S2P) area
  • Manage common source to pay SAP objects and govern dependencies across all Source to Pay (S2P) functional team


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience within SAP, including managing employees and overseeing development activities
  • Good understanding of the I_ERP (STP and PTR) business and related IT enablers
  • Ability and desire to keep pace with understanding of the advancing technologies supporting I_ERP and the related IT solutions.
  • Strong customer mindset with a strong passion to provide value to the customer.
  • Global player who acts successfully and effectively in a global team.
  • Highly self-motivated and committed to achieving broad set of objectives.
  • Good people/team management skills.
  • Strong communication skills - able to communicate effectively at all levels within both IT and the Business on a global scale.
  • Good time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel, estimated 5-10%

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's Degree (or higher) in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Certifications: SAP Certification in Supply Chain (ex: SAP Certified Application Associate - Supply Chain Management, or related SAP SCM/S/4HANA modules such as MM, PP, EWM, or SD)

This position is leadership level 5 and ranges from $141,700-$268,300.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
Internal applicants: moving into this role may result in an adjustment to your current compensation based on the posted pay range for this role, taking into consideration your qualifications and other relevant factors.
