Full Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION As an SAP Security Transformation lead within Accenture's Platform Security Practice, you will help our clients across industries secure their SAP landscapes as they modernize, grow, and innovate. You'll lead multi-disciplinary teams to design, deliver and integrate SAP security solutions, govern risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. Leveraging Accenture's global assets, methodologies, and technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving secure SAP transformation programs and building trusted client relationships in the market-supporting the needs of public and private sector clients. Role Responsibilities: • Lead and deliver SAP security transformation initiatives (e.g., S/4HANA upgrades, greenfield deployments, cloud integration, security hardening) for public and private sector clients • Assess, design, and implement SAP security controls, including user and role management, identity and access management (IAM), GRC, and segregation of duties • Govern, monitor, and remediate SAP security risks using automation, analytics, and best practices • Define security requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions • Oversee compliance initiatives (privacy, regulatory, audit) for enterprise platform security • Engage clients as a trusted advisor: communicate security risks, priorities, and strategies in clear business terms • Mentor and upskill team members in SAP Security technologies, frameworks, and industry trends Basic Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum 7 years' experience delivering SAP security solutions (core SAP, S/4HANA, SAP GRC, SAP Cloud, etc.) • Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver workstreams or projects • Deep knowledge of SAP security frameworks, access controls, and regulatory requirements • Have hands on experience in DDM (dynamic Data Masking) • Have supported engagement with SAP Fiori, Build work zone (BWZ) • Proficient in integration with IAS services (Azure etc.) • Track record working with clients in highly regulated industries (public sector or government preferred) • Strong client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and risk management Preferred Requirements: • Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) • Hands-on experience with security tools such as SAP GRC, Identity Management, SIEM solutions, etc. • Experience with SAP security in cloud and hybrid environments (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS, GCP) Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
