Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline; CPA, CMA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10+ years of SAP Finance experience with extensive expertise in SAP FI/CO solutions.
• Minimum of three full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or deployments, including multi-country or multi-site rollout experience.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA RTR knowledge covering Universal Journal (ACDOCA), General Ledger, Asset Ac-counting, Intercompany Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Financial Close, and Group Reporting.
• Experience deploying a Global Template through localization, fit-to-standard validation, and controlled management of local statutory, legal, tax, regulatory, reporting, and operational requirements.
• Proven leadership across data migration, financial reconciliation, SIT, UAT, end-to-end testing, parallel close, regression testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization.
• Strong understanding of RTR integration with Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory, manufacturing, cost accounting, banking, tax, consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, statutory reporting, financial controls, tax integration, regulatory compli-ance, and audit requirements.
• Experience coordinating Global Process Owners, finance leadership, technical, data, testing, security, in-tegration, change-management, AMS, and local business teams.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, risk and issue management, de-cision-making, and user-adoption skills; SAP Activate, Agile, SAFe, PI Planning, or Agile release-management experience preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead deployment of the SAP S/4HANA RTR solution into the local business organization and serve as the primary liaison between the Global RTR Build Team and local finance stakeholders.
• Translate the global RTR template and deployment strategy into an executable local plan covering locali-zation, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and readiness.
• Coordinate validation of General Ledger, Universal Journal, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Intercompany Accounting, Financial Close, and Reporting process-es.
• Identify and govern justified local statutory, legal, tax, regulatory, reporting, and operational requirements while minimizing deviations from the Global Template.
• Coordinate RTR integration with Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory, manufacturing, cost account-ing, banking, tax, consolidation, and reporting workstreams.
• Lead local finance engagement for chart-of-accounts validation, financial master-data readiness, asset-data migration, historical-balance migration, open-transaction conversion, reconciliation, and business sign-off.
• Ensure data quality, completeness, financial controls, and audit requirements are addressed through mock conversions and production migration cycles.
• Lead RTR testing, including localization of scenarios and scripts, SIT, UAT, end-to-end testing, parallel close, regression testing, defect prioritization, remediation, retesting, and business approval.
• Assess finance-business readiness and coordinate training, communication, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, readiness metrics, risk assessments, and Go/No-Go criteria.
• Develop and manage the RTR deployment playbook and detailed cutover plan, including mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, financial reconciliation, validation checkpoints, resource coordination, and business sign-offs.
• Participate in command-center operations and Go-Live decisions, and coordinate first-period close prepa-ration and stabilization planning.
• Lead hypercare, issue triage, defect resolution, escalation management, the first month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, and transition of documentation, knowledge, and support procedures to AMS and Run teams.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 a year
