• Enhance the client's business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Help facilitate workshops to review business requirements and translate them into system requirements, with the ability to identify gaps, issues, and work-around solutions.
• Act as a liaison with the client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems; map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; and develop necessary product modifications to meet client needs.
• Design, configure, and test FI, CO, FM/GL, SD, MM, and/or AA modules, including unit testing, system testing, and supporting clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Participate in the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA, providing functional guidance, presentations, and instruction on SAP products to clients.

In addition, candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Up to 3 years of SAP consulting experience, ideally supporting financial implementations.
• Experience with financial management best practices, including demos and test scripts.
• Knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork and facilitation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that builds rapport and supports understanding among both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills.
Desired qualifications:
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA for the federal government.
• Experience in integration, configuration, and implementation of SAP application areas such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Financial/Cost Accounting (FICO), and/or Funds Management (FM).
