Junior Application Developer to join our team. This is a
Remote opportunity
. The selected candidate will assist in designing and maintaining applications to support a large logistics sustainment program.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assist with MANTECHs logistics and property management system LogMASTRE.
- Will focus on troubleshooting current system issues, system improvements, and integration with ERP systems.
Minimum Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and relevant technical experience as an Application Developer, Software Engineer, or similar technical role (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Experience developing microservices applications using Python, Typescript or similar languages.
- Experience developing and troubleshooting web applications as a full-stack developer.
- Experience with relational database systems, e.g. (SQL Server, Postgresql).
- Experience with CI/CD tools e.g. (GitLab, Jenkins).
- Experience with a major cloud provider.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with GCP cloud technologies (Compute, Google Kubernetes Engine, CloudSQL).
- Experience developing secure software systems based upon industry specifications.
- Experience writing software requirements, design, and test documentation.
- Familiarity with industry-standard logistics and government property concepts.
Clearance Requirements: - Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
Physical Requirements: - Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel. Additionally, must be able to push, pull, and reach.
- Must be able to work in high noise areas.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
- Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
The projected compensation range for this position is $63,500.00-$105,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
