RoleSeeking a senior SAP Enterprise Architect with 14+ years of SAP experience and 8+ years leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The role focuses on driving large-scale ECC to S/4HANA migrations, defining transformation strategies across Greenfield, Brownfield, Selective Data Transition, and Hybrid approaches.
Responsibilities - Leading technical architecture, migration assessments, roadmap development, and governance for enterprise SAP programs.
- Strong expertise is required in S/4HANA functional domains for Utlitities (Finance, Supply Chain, EAM, Ariba, SuccessFactors), system integration, data migration/archiving, custom code remediation, Fiori enablement, security architecture, and SAP PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite migration.
- The ideal candidate will provide leadership across SAP's integrated toolchain, including SAP BTP, LeanIX, Signavio, and SAP Cloud ALM, while promoting Clean Core and modernization strategies.
- Experience engaging with CIOs, Enterprise Architects, and executive stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps is essential.
- The role also supports pre-sales and practice development, including solution architecture, proposal development, SOW creation, effort estimation, and migration strategy definition for large SAP transformation opportunities. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and architecture governance capabilities are critical for success.
Required Skills and Qualification - 14+ years of SAP experience.

- 8+ years leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs- Migrations - Brownfield and Greenfield
- Multiple completed SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration engagements with latest SAP Integrated tool chain - Cloud ALM, Signavio, BTP, LeanIX.
- Extensive experience in the Utility industry, Experience in S/4 Core areas - Finance, EAM, Supplychain and Integrations to S/4 utilities
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: CAD 143,000 - CAD 190,000
