Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives involving SAP Production Planning and Quality Management. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, quality teams, and IT teams to deliver effective SAP solutions that improve production efficiency and product quality. Key Responsibilities • Gather and analyze business requirements related to manufacturing, production planning, and quality processes. • Design and configure SAP PP and SAP QM solutions aligned with business objectives. • Support SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation programs. • Conduct process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions. • Configure and support: • Production Planning (PP) • Demand Management • Material Requirements Planning (MRP) • Master Production Scheduling (MPS) • Production Orders • Capacity Planning • Shop Floor Control • Quality Planning • Quality Inspection • Quality Notifications • Audit Management • Collaborate with SAP MM, SD, EWM, PM, and FICO teams. • Prepare functional specifications and support development activities. • Execute testing activities including SIT and UAT. • Provide production support and incident resolution. • Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions. • Maintain project and solution documentation Qualifications Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of SAP PP/QM consulting experience. • Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP PP and QM. • Experience in at least one full SAP implementation lifecycle. • Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes. • Experience working with global and cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing experience. • Experience with Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS). • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing concepts. • Experience integrating PP/QM with MES, EWM, PM, MM, and SD. • SAP PP and/or QM certification. • Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Automotive, or Industrial sectors.
