Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience; 4+ years in development
• 7-12+ years in sales operations/OTC and/or SAP Sales functional leadership
• 1-2+ years with SAP S/4HANA implementations or ECC to S/4HANA transformation
• Deep knowledge of pricing, order management, delivery, and billing processes
• Experience with SAP Vehicle Management Solutions and integration with broader processes
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Master Data teams
• Proven ability to manage project scope effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) initiatives to ensure system quality
• Oversee the key configurations and impacts within SAP S/4HANA for sales operations
• Manage integration aspects, such as EDI and middleware communications
• Communicate effectively with executives about project risks and readiness to proceed
• Implement and support Settlement Management, Output Management, and Fiori app functionality
• Collaborate across Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments to drive project success
• Provide expertise on pricing strategies within OTC processes
